MEDIATING THE DEAF EXPERIENCE

The following is a series in what is to be a large collection of simple diagrams illustrating the DEAF experience.  These diagrams will work to mediate ideas of communication, interaction, education, interface, ethics, etc...   They will help to construct an instruction book that can inform both the public and the student body of the GSD about the process and research we came across during our summer fellowship.  The first four address the interaction of individual and group and how a visual communication's success is derived mainly from simple ideas of visibilty and a renewed approach for space making.
